Masks from a series
Several recipes for effective masks based on a series:

For urticaria
Decoction
1 tbsp. Mix a spoonful of string grass with the same amount of nettle leaves, yarrow grass (or flowers), black currant leaves, burdock roots and strawberry leaves and pour in 1 liter of cold water. 1 tbsp. Boil a spoonful of string in a glass of water for about 20 minutes. Strain the finished broth and cool. Take 1 tbsp. spoon three times a day.
For stomach ulcers and gout
Tincture
3 tbsp. Pour a glass of boiling water over spoons of herbs and leave to steep for about an hour. Take in small doses.
For hair growth
Mask
2 tbsp. Grind spoons of fresh string in a blender, pour a glass of alcohol, add 2 tbsp. spoons of castor oil and leave for 2 weeks. Apply the finished mask to your hair with massage movements, then wrap your head in a towel and leave for 30 minutes. Then apply shampoo and rinse.
Herbal tea from a series

Chereda is sold in different versions - Chereda grass, crushed grass powder, and Chereda in filter bags. You can buy in any of these options.
An infusion is made from Chereda. Below I will give 2 options for preparing the infusion of Chereda.
But you need to keep in mind that the series is available in different forms from different manufacturers, and each has its own nuances. Therefore, when preparing the infusion, just in case, it is better for you to check the instructions on the package.
Preparation of Chereda infusion, method No. 1 (herb):
Place 2 tablespoons of succession herb in an enamel bowl, pour in 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, and cover with a lid. And heat in a boiling water bath with occasional stirring for 15 minutes. Then cool at room temperature for 45 minutes and filter. The remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Preparation of Chereda infusion, method No. 2 (filter bags):
2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon. Then they are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting aqueous extract is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
How to use for adults and children over 12 years of age:
1. In the treatment of colds and viral diseases:
If there are no allergies or contraindications to taking the series, then adults and children over 12 years old simply drink the infusion of the series, warm, 1/4 - 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day after meals. usually from 3 days to 2 weeks maximum.
Important! Before drinking, the prepared infusion must be shaken.
2. For psoriasis, eczema, diathesis, furunculosis and other skin diseases listed earlier, the treatment regimen is a little more complicated.

There are very few contraindications:
- again, only an allergy to the string itself, and, as we have already said, this is rare. But you need to know that the series should not be drunk by pregnant women, women during breastfeeding, and children under 12 years of age.
VERY IMPORTANT!
When treating skin diseases, just before starting a series of treatments, it is advisable to drink enterosorbents for strictly 3 days. For example: Polyphepan, Filtrum or Entegnin, or Polysorb, or Enterosgel, or Activated carbon.
Any of them must be taken strictly according to the instructions for the drug - but only for 3 days. If you have no contraindications to them, of course.
Many questions arise about Activated carbon .
This is the most inexpensive of the enterosorbents. And it can also be very useful.
How to take it:
Activated carbon tablets are usually sold in a dose of 250 mg (attention, when purchasing, check the dose of these tablets!)
Activated carbon tablets should be taken orally, 3-4 times a day, 1-2 hours before or after meals, and 1-2 hours before or after taking other medications.
Adults need to take from 1 to 4 tablets (250 mg each) at a time with a glass of water. Children from 3 to 9 years old - 1 tablet 2 times a day, 10-16 years old - 1 tablet 3 times a day.
An improved option is an aqueous suspension of crushed activated carbon tablets: The required number of tablets (see above) should be crushed into powder and then stirred in about half a glass of chilled water. Then take in those doses and according to the instructions given above.
