Ointment for allergies on the face, hands and body

Ointments against skin allergies are especially popular in the treatment of rashes and itching. They are soft medicinal preparations made on a fatty (hydrophobic) basis - plant, animal or mineral, and having a dense viscous structure.

Due to the presence of fats and oils, allergy ointment is not absorbed by the skin as easily as a cream or gel. This causes some inconveniences, such as the possibility of stains appearing on clothes when they come into contact with the smeared surface of the skin. However, the long absorption of the ointment also has an advantage - its prolonged action.

Allergy ointments are great for cases where dry rashes accompanied by itching occur. The ointment creates a greasy barrier film on the surface of the skin, due to which the affected area of the epidermis will be protected from additional damage. While the ointment is on the epidermis, its active components penetrate deep into the skin, eliminating swelling, inflammation, itching, flaking and dryness. If there are weeping erosions, it is undesirable to use the ointment, since the fatty base will prevent the outflow of exudate from the wounds.

Allergy ointments can be hormonal or non-hormonal.

  • Hormonal drugs can only be used as prescribed by a doctor, due to their aggressive composition. Usually they are recommended to be used only in case of severe allergic reactions, since the main feature of corticosteroid ointments is to obtain a quick effect from their use.
  • Non-hormonal ointments have a milder effect, so they are prescribed in case of mild allergic reactions. Such drugs do not have a negative effect on organs and systems, which is why non-hormonal ointments are usually prescribed to pregnant women and children.

As an additional remedy for the treatment of allergies, homemade ointments made according to traditional medicine recipes can be used. However, you need to remember that the use of such ointments can only be done after consulting a doctor, since self-medication with homemade ointments can be dangerous.

Skin care for children

Diaper cream LA-KRI

Provides complete care for the diaper area. Creates a protective film on the skin, relieving irritation and redness. Prevents diaper rash, softens and nourishes the skin.

LA-KRI diaper cream contains zinc oxide, which all participants immediately noted: it’s understandable, familiar, and has long been tested by grandmothers! The cream is thick, has a powerful drying effect, forms a protective barrier, protects skin folds from inflammation. These qualities of the cream were noted in the reports by our researchers, who gave high marks to this excellent assistant in caring for the skin of precious little ones.

“It smears well on the skin, does not crease, and has a drying effect thanks to zinc oxide. After removing the diaper, there are no diaper rashes, redness, or allergic reactions, the cream protects my baby’s skin well. Since the consistency is quite thick, the consumption is very economical, it will last for a long time. The cream washes off easily with water; no detergents are needed.”

“Low-fat, viscous. It doesn’t smear well, but this is good for a diaper-specific cream—it creates a barrier between the diaper and the baby’s skin. Since the composition contains zinc, this is also noticeable in the smell of the cream. The smell itself is light and unobtrusive, without strong fragrances, which is preferable for newborns and babies with allergic reactions.”

“It contains zinc ointment - my grandmother’s method of treating diaper rash in a new, stylish package. But, besides this, there are a lot of oils, extracts and extracts of medicinal plants. let's try it in action! We started by testing it on me - it’s economical to use, absorbs quickly, really creates a film, but not disgustingly greasy. We tried it on small diaper rashes - our doll really loves to “collect” all sorts of dirt in the folds of her neck, so there is often unpleasant redness there. They applied it immediately after the bath, strictly according to the instructions, and after half an hour there were no signs of redness and there were no signs of redness - the neck is a uniform color; when you pass your hand, you can feel the protective film layer, but nothing sticks to it, and the skin under it does not rot.”

“We have been using La-Cri baby cream for several days now. So far I see only some advantages. The cream has a very convenient lid that simply opens and does not unscrew. The required amount of cream is squeezed out at a time. The cream is practically odorless. This is good, the child does not need extra fragrances. The consistency of the product is quite dense, but not very thick. It applies well and smears quite well. When applied, it forms white stains, but after a minute everything is perfectly absorbed and you can feel that a protective film is forming. The cream copes well with its main task: the baby’s skin is free of diaper rash and irritation.”

Shampoo-foamLA-KRI®

For the most gentle cleansing and removal of seborrheic crusts in children. Suitable for frequent use even for newborns. Formula "no tears".

The skin of newborns does not immediately adapt to the new life; at first it is plagued by peeling, redness, and seborrheic crusts on the head. Foam shampoo LA-KRI will help you deal with them. Moms appreciated the quality and convenience of the foam from the dispenser - light as a cloud, soft and velvety. No pungent odor, quick removal of foam residue - the LA-KRI product generally made a positive impression. There were comments about the slow removal of seborrheic crusts, which is typical for cosmetics with natural composition: you have to use it a little longer, but without worrying about the effect of the components on the baby’s skin.

“We are waging a stubborn fight against seborrheic crusts on the head of my candy with the help of La-Cri foam shampoo. We get rid of them in the following way: I lather my hair with foam and leave it on for the entire bathing process, then comb it out with a special comb. And the crusts began to give in to us little by little. I really like the smell and velvety texture of the foam. It's so nice to put it on a child's head. Even my husband liked the smell of the shampoo. And after washing, the hairs are fluffy and remain clean for a long time. In general, I think that soon we will forever forget what seborrheic crusts are.”

“The consistency of the shampoo is very delicate and velvety. In general, I really love this texture in skincare products. The shampoo has a fairly pleasant smell. The dosage of foam is small, but it is enough for one soaping session, so the shampoo is very economical. The foam is easy to apply, foams generously and rinses off well.”

“So, the shampoo was initially tested to remove seborrheic crusts from the baby’s head. He's almost a year old and has a lot of crusts on his head. Shampoo manufacturers claim that it not only gets rid of crusts, but also prevents the formation of new ones. Naturally, one bath is not enough to achieve a visible effect, but overall I liked the cleansing properties of the shampoo. But I soaped my son’s hair twice; once it seemed to me not enough for 100% cleansing. For newborn babies, in my opinion, it is better suited: very soft and delicate. The smell is pleasant, unobtrusive."

“If I hadn’t tried it myself, I wouldn’t have believed it - well, really, with each use there are fewer and fewer crusts! In general, the foam format is very convenient, because it helps to save money and not waste extra milliliters of liquid, and the natural composition, and the absence of fragrances and dyes, is a HUGE plus for me! The most important thing that I realized while using this shampoo is that it must be used strictly according to the instructions. To get rid of seborrheic crust and prevent its further appearance, you need not only to apply shampoo and gently massage your head, but also to hold it on your hair for about 2-3 minutes. After water treatments, I make sure to comb my hair with a soft baby brush with natural bristles - and voila - the appearance gets better and better every time.”

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Since allergies usually occur more often in pregnant women, medications are needed that help eliminate this problem and do not have a harmful effect on the body of the mother and child. These include La Cree cosmetics, including cream for sensitive skin.

The cream successfully relieves irritation due to allergies, but does not affect the course of pregnancy and fetal development. It relieves skin itching, redness, peeling, and promotes skin regeneration.

La-Cri cream for sensitive skin during pregnancy can be used both separately - for mild hypersensitivity reactions, and in combination with drug therapy.

Allergy cream for face and body

Unlike ointment, anti-allergy cream has a hydrophilic base, which makes it absorbed easier and faster and does not leave a greasy or sticky film on the skin. Depending on the main active ingredient, such products can be used both for dry rashes and for weeping erosions.

Like ointments, these external preparations can be corticosteroid and non-hormonal. The doctor decides which allergy cream to choose. In doing so, he focuses on the intensity of the symptoms of the atypical reaction, the age and general health of the patient.
