Meso-Wharton P199 (Mezovarton) is a gel filler that is produced in the United States of America. The manufacturer came up with and brought to life a unique formula based on the use of a special patented peptide Wharton Jelly Peptide P199.

Its difference is its similarity to a human stem cell. Due to this, the patient’s body reacts favorably to the filler, that is, an inflammatory reaction does not form.

One injection also includes:

  • hyaluronic acid;
  • vitamin complex;
  • poly-, oligopeptides (growth factors);
  • amino acids;
  • tripeptide;
  • microelements;
  • coenzyme;

General characteristics of biorevitalizants and their scope of application

Biorevitalizants are gels used for injection procedures for skin rejuvenation and elimination of aesthetic defects. They contain hyaluronic acid, vitamins, peptides, trace elements and antioxidants. A suitable cosmetic cocktail is selected based on individual factors: the client’s age, the level of hydration of his skin, the presence of scars or age spots.

What is Aquashine

Aquashine in its structure and application is also a filler, however, it contains a different peptide composition. It includes:

  • oligopeptide-72 - eliminates wrinkles and prevents the formation of new ones;
  • oligopeptide-34 - removes pigment spots, evens out the skin tone;
  • oligopeptide-24 - reduces the severity and size of scar changes;
  • oligopeptide-62 - increases elasticity and tissue tone;
  • acetyl decapeptide-3 - reduces the rate of development of age-related changes;
  • decapeptide-29 - eliminates the inflammatory process.

Vitamins, minerals, coenzymes, and amino acids are also added to the product.

The drug is available in three versions: Aquashine Classic, BR, BTX. They differ in the point of application and the percentage of certain elements.

Advantages and disadvantages

prosMinuses
  • Quick results.
  • Highly effective in preventing skin aging.
  • Complexity of impact.
  • Visible biolifting effect.
  • Wide range of products.
  • Filler injection is painful even when using an anesthetic due to the dense structure of the gel.
  • There are contraindications and a risk of complications.
  • The rich composition increases the risk of allergy formation.
  • High cost of the drug and procedure.
  • The inability to administer under the eyes means tissue swelling often occurs.
  • Does not cope with deep senile wrinkles.

The biorevitalization procedure allows:

  • replenish acid reserves, thereby prolonging youthfulness of the skin,
  • give skin elasticity,
  • correct the oval of the face,
  • make your skin healthy and glowing.

It makes sense to resort to biorevitalization even when the first signs of aging appear, when the usual creams no longer cope with small facial wrinkles. As a rule, such a “turning point” occurs at the age of 25-35 years. In this case, the course does not last long and is preventive in nature. If the skin has already lost its elasticity, the procedures will have to be repeated more often. The course usually ranges from 2 to 6 procedures, depending on the age and condition of the skin.

Indications for biorevitalization include dehydration, aging and dry skin, skin aging due to smoking, stress or exposure to the sun, wind, frost, rehabilitation after plastic surgery, as well as varying degrees of pigmentation. Biorevitalization is recommended before and after prolonged exposure to the sun. Injections of hyaluronic acid can quickly restore water balance and create ideal conditions for gradual cell renewal.

It’s easy to get lost in the abundance of modern drugs for biorevitalization, but there are several well-proven and certified products that are used in the Central Clinic of the Literary Fund.

Biorevitalization Ial-System from the Italian company Fidia S.P.A. contains hyaluronic acid that has not undergone any chemical modification and is completely purified from protein. High-molecular hyaluronic acid in the composition of the drug helps to attract and retain a sufficiently large amount of moisture, thereby improving skin texture and increasing its turgor. To achieve a lasting therapeutic effect, a course of several procedures is required (as prescribed by a cosmetologist). Ial System is ideal for dry, dehydrated and normal skin.

Ial-System ACP is created on the basis of hyaluronic acid ester, which allows for its prolonged residence in tissues and the effect of restoring the volume of the dermis. Due to its structure and configuration, when introduced into the skin, Ial-System ACP gel undergoes biodegradation in stages, this makes it possible to maintain correction results for a long time. The effect of the drug is more pronounced in well-moisturized tissues, so it is prescribed either for young and oily (combination) skin, or after preliminary injections of Ial System.

The combined use of both materials allows not only to correct the skin texture (wrinkles, folds, acne marks), but also to improve its structure and provide an intense biorevitalizing effect.

Biorevitalization Restylane Vital (Sweden) is produced in two types of gels: Restylane Vital or Restylane Vital Light. Restylane Vital is intended for patients with more mature skin and obvious signs of photoaging. This filler allows not only to provide long-term hydration of the skin (the natural effect of hyaluronic acid), but also copes with the problem of toxic effects on the skin of the environment, recovery after chemical peels and tanning, decreased elasticity and turgor of the skin, the occurrence of age-related wrinkles and folds; activates trophism and cell division, eliminates free radicals, normalizes the natural “breathing” of tissues. Restylane Vital Light is suitable for younger patients to prevent qualitative changes in their skin with age. This type of biorevitalizant gel also works great with thin skin in delicate areas - the neck, décolleté, and the back of the hands. Restylane Vital injections are preferably carried out in cycles, because The effect of the drug is long-lasting, but still not permanent. Experts recommend a course of 3 procedures every 4 weeks (2-4 weeks when using Restylane Vital Light).

Differences and similarities

The drugs have certain characteristics that are similar and different from each other. It is impossible to say exactly what to give preference to: Mesovarton or Aquashine.

Both fillers are valued by specialists; they are simply used in different situations. A cosmetologist always makes a choice based on the characteristics of the patient’s skin and his own accumulated experience.

Below are the criteria that cosmetologists focus on before choosing a filler.

Mechanism of action

The most important similarity between Mezovarton and Aquashine is that both fillers include unique peptides, which have no analogues in other injections of similar action. In addition, almost the same vitamins, minerals, amino acids and hyaluronic acid have been added to the products for greater nutrition and hydration of the skin.

There is only one, but significant difference in the mechanism of action - a single peptide with high biochemical activity is added to Mezovarton, while Aquashine contains several protein elements, between which all the functional activity is distributed.

Buyanov Sergey Yurievich (Expert Doctor):

The more proteins (natural or synthetic) a drug contains, the higher the risk of developing an allergic reaction such as rejection of foreign substances. It is necessary to remember whether there was a reaction to the previous injection of the drug, and refuse repeated injections. Because the next “allergy” is tens of times stronger than the previous one.

Efficiency

If all manipulations are carried out correctly using any of the fillers, you can achieve a pronounced cosmetic effect:

  • smoothing of the epithelium;
  • bleaching fabrics;
  • return of tone and elasticity;
  • saturation of the epidermis with moisture;
  • elimination of possible inflammation.

After several procedures, the woman sees that the double chin has shrunk, the shaved hair has been reduced, the natural radiance of the skin has returned, and pigment spots have disappeared.

Indications for use

Mesovarton was invented in order to specifically combat age-related changes. The list of indications includes:

  • formation of deep senile and facial wrinkles;
  • sagging skin in the form of “bulldog” or swollen cheeks;
  • dry skin due to active loss of moisture;
  • hyperpigmentation.

Fillers are also suitable for preparing tissues for other cosmetic procedures. Aquashine has less activity, so the indications for use are as follows:

  • prevention of skin aging;
  • improving the condition of tissues, their nutrition, hydration and restoration;
  • filling the nasolabial fold and nasolacrimal groove;
  • lip enlargement

Contraindications

If you take Mezovarton or Aquashine and compare the instructions for use, you can conclude that the contraindications and side effects of fillers are not much different from each other. Injections are prohibited under several conditions:

  • pregnancy;
  • breastfeeding period;
  • growth of malignant neoplasm;
  • active phase of viral, bacterial or fungal infection;
  • exacerbation of chronic pathology;
  • tendency to form keloid scars;
  • diabetes mellitus type 1 or 2;
  • taking medications that thin the blood (antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants);
  • the presence of implants in the area of interest;
  • tendency to form an allergic reaction;
  • individual intolerance to components;
  • age less than 18 years.

Due to the presence of contraindications, the patient is recommended not to carry out the anti-aging procedure on his own, but to contact an experienced cosmetologist who uses certified products and is himself licensed.

Technology

The technique for introducing fillers is the same; it consists of three stages: preparation, the procedure itself and the recovery period. Initially, you need to come to a cosmetologist so that the doctor can conduct a general examination and consult the patient.

In some cases, a person is recommended to undergo a clinical and biochemical blood test to exclude pathology. Next, within three days it is advisable to adjust your diet and lifestyle: do not eat fried, fatty, smoked foods, do not smoke and, if possible, stop taking certain medications. The day before the procedure, smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited.

The procedure itself includes the following order of manipulations:

  • cleansing the skin of cosmetics, impurities, and oily films;
  • applying gel or cream with anesthetic;
  • after some time - remove any remaining product;
  • treating the skin with an antiseptic;
  • marking areas for filler injection;
  • opening the drug directly before the patient;
  • performing an injection;
  • re-treatment of the skin with an antiseptic;
  • applying a sedative.

During the recovery period, do not touch your face with your hands and actively rub the cream into the skin for 24 hours. You can use skincare and decorative cosmetics only for 3-4 days. When going outside, be sure to apply a cream filter, thus protecting fabrics from the aggressive effects of ultraviolet radiation.

For 7 days, it is undesirable to expose your face to heat, that is, take hot baths, visit saunas, steam baths and solariums. After 5 days, you can do a light massage yourself with your fingertips - this way the hyaluronic acid is evenly distributed in the subcutaneous space.

Patient age

The Mezovarton peptide molecule resembles a human stem cell in structure and function, so it should be used by people over 35-40 years of age. During this period, the skin just loses its ability to produce the proper amount of collagen and elastin and ages irrevocably.

Buyanov Sergey Yurievich (Expert Doctor):

After the introduction of a stem cell, unpredictable reactions may develop. The fact is that a stem cell is unipotent, that is, it can transform into any skin cell. The drug is administered to activate the synthesis of clolagen and elastin, and the stem cell suddenly turns into a pigment cell...

Aquashine is suitable for girls over 25 years old; its active components only support the rate of synthesis of biologically active elements and stimulate the natural processes of tissue repair.

What are biorevitalizants used for?

  • to prevent early aging and prevent skin sagging, correct wrinkles;
  • for additional hydration of the dermis;
  • to eliminate scars and post-acne scars;
  • to eliminate age spots and lightly whiten the skin.

Not only its purpose, but also the technique of injection into the skin depends on the manufacturer and brand of the drug. The products can be injected either papularly (with the formation of small tubercles that resolve over the next 24 hours) or linearly (correction of nasolabial wrinkles and folds). A specialist will select the correct injection technique, focusing on the nature of the location of wrinkles, skin type and other factors. Today the most popular drugs are: Aquashine, Juvederm, Revy, Princess Rich, Hyalual, Yalupro. Let's get to know them and look at their differences.

Rating of popular biorevitalization drugs. What's better?

Today, dozens of biorevitalizing products are discussed on cosmetology forums, but our goal is not to determine the best, but to provide an objective description of certified drugs. It should be remembered that the choice of a suitable product remains with the cosmetologist who conducts the rejuvenation course.

Ial System

Purpose:

This Italian drug is considered one of the most popular biorevitalizants today. For the quality of the hyaluronic acid used, gels from Ial-Systems have earned the reputation of the “Gold Standard of Biorevitalization”. Injection products from this manufacturer are used for clients aged 30 to 60 years to moisturize and improve skin tone and combat age-related wrinkles.

The line of gels for biorevitalization “Ial system” is distinguished by a high percentage of native (unstabilized) hyaluronic acid: 18-25 mg/ml. In a stabilized form, this component is included in the “Ial system ACP” product, which is intended for the correction of deep wrinkles.

The product is available in volumes of 0.6 and 1.1 ml, complete with a sterile syringe and disposable thin needles.

Aquashine

The basis of Korean preparations “Aquashine” is 15 mg/ml of unstabilized hyaluronic acid. The gel composition is supplemented with vitamins, peptides, amino acids, minerals and coenzymes - a total of 56 auxiliary components.

Biorevitalizant "Aquashine br" is designed for older clients. Its main functions are control of pigmentation, antioxidant protection, activation of regeneration processes.

The drug "Aquashine btx" is close in its effect to Botox. One of its components, oligopeptide-62, relieves muscle spasms, helping to cope with facial wrinkles. At the same time, it stimulates the process of synthesis of new collagen and elastin fibers.

The drugs are available in packages with a total volume of 2.5 ml and 3 ml, which consist of a sterile syringe without a needle filled with biorevitalizant gel, as well as ampoules with amino acids.

Juvederm hydrate

Main properties of Juvederm:

The American drug “Juvederm hydrate” has established itself as one of the most effective biorevitalizants. The consistency of the gel is closer to fillers for contouring, so papules dissolve more slowly after injection. Therefore, the product stays in the dermal tissues longer, intensively moisturizing it. This is also facilitated by an additional component - mannitol, which helps to “retain” moisture reserves in the skin.

Specifications:

The Juvederm Hydrate package consists of a 1 ml ampoule, which is enough for one procedure to treat the entire face.

Princess rich

Princess rich properties:

The drug “Princess rich” is a viscous gel for biorevitalization, which makes it possible to maintain the level of moisture in the dermis longer. The manufacturer of biorevitalizant is Croma (Austria), which has been successfully operating in the beauty market for 30 years.

The product is designed for a target audience of 30 years and older. The purpose of “Princess Rich” is to saturate the dermal tissues with moisture, correct wrinkles, and eliminate traces of post-acne. The effect of the procedure lasts up to 1 year.

The manufacturer also has the drug “Princess filler”, the purpose of which is to increase the volume of the lips, correct the nasolacrimal grooves and cheekbones.

What's included:

The drug packaging consists of a sterile 1 ml syringe and instructions. The product contains sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 18 mg/ml and glycerin.

Filorga

Main properties and purpose:

The preparations in the line of French biorevitalizants Filorga are designed for clients over 27 years of age. Each product in this series is designed to solve a specific problem:

  • mha 10 (hyaluronic acid concentration - 10 mg/ml) - to restore hydrobalance and skin tone, combat fine wrinkles;
  • mha 18 (contents: hyaluronic acid 20 mg/ml, glycerol) – for a long-lasting lifting effect, filling deep wrinkles and nasolacrimal grooves, eliminating small scars.

The main feature of the Filorga line is the inclusion of a unique patented meso-cocktail NCTF, consisting of vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids.

Specifications:

Cocktails for biorevitalization are produced in sealed containers with a volume of 3 ml. One such bottle is enough for one procedure.

Viscoderm

Main properties and purpose of Viscoderm:

“Viscoderm” is another series of biorevitalizants made in Italy. The products in this line are intended not only for rejuvenation, but also for the treatment of dermatological diseases. Therefore, they can be used from the age of 18. Viscoderm is also used to solve trichological problems.

The following drugs are used for biorevitalization:

  • “Viscoderm – 0.8%” – to combat acne;
  • “Viscoderm – 1.6%” – for intensive skin hydration and combating age-related changes;
  • “Viscoderm – 2.0%” – to reduce deep wrinkles, correct stretch marks and scars.

These products differ in the degree of concentration of hyaluronic acid, which is 8, 16 and 20 mg/ml, respectively.

The gels are sold in 1 ml packages.

Hyalual

Basic properties:

Biorevitalization preparations of the Hyalual brand are produced in Switzerland. The main component of the gel is hyaluronic acid with a concentration of 11 to 22 mg/ml. The percentage of its content depends on the problem posed to the cosmetologist:

  • 1.1% - for the prevention of skin aging, as well as preparation for a course of chemical peeling or plastic surgery;
  • 1.8% - for clients over 35 years old for intensive skin hydration and fight against wrinkles;
  • 2.2% - for smoothing deep folds and wrinkles, correcting cheekbones, as well as eliminating stretch marks on the body.

The lifting effect is enhanced by an auxiliary substance - succinic acid.

Package:

The drug is available in 1 and 2 ml packages complete with a disposable syringe and two needles.

Skin

Basic properties:

Skin biorevitalizants (made in Italy) are developed not only to combat existing wrinkles, but also to prevent early skin aging. The following tools are most often used for procedures:

  • Skin B – for clients over 20 years old;
  • Skin R – for the category aged 30 and older;
  • Skin Ox – for antioxidant skin protection.

The peculiarity of the drug "Skin P" is that it is used for lifting the skin of the neck and décolleté, as well as areas of accumulation of excess fat deposits - for example, the abdomen and hips.

One package contains three ampoules of 5 or 10 ml each.

Revi

Purpose of biorevitalizant "Revi":

Russian biorevitalization preparations “Revi” compare favorably with other popular products by their prolonged effect and minimal duration of the rejuvenation course. To restore the hydrobalance and turgor of the skin, a maximum of 2 procedures are sufficient, and they are carried out every 4 months. The rejuvenation effect lasts from six months to 15 months.

A special place in this line of biorevitalizants is occupied by “Revi Brilliants”: the concentration of hyaluronic acid is higher here, and the maximum interval between procedures is up to six months.

Biorevitalizants "Revi" and "Revi Brilliance" are used not only as anti-aging therapy, but also for the treatment of alopecia (hair loss). Other indications for the use of these drugs are acne, preparation for contouring, medium and deep peels.

Specifications:

The package includes a sterile 1 or 2 ml syringe filled with gel, as well as 2 disposable needles.

This is not a complete list of biorevitalizants that are used for rejuvenation procedures. The American “Meso-Wharton”, the Russian “Hyalripayer”, the Spanish “Mesohyal”, the French “Dermofil” and many others are well known to injection cosmetology specialists. However, in order for the medications after the sessions to bring you the long-awaited result without complications, entrust their choice to specialists.
