Ask a Question

Black spots on the skin (comedones) are the openings of follicles clogged with sebum. They usually cause trouble for teenagers, but adults also have this problem. How is facial cleansing done to remove blackheads? Can you do it at home or do you have to see a cosmetologist?

The reasons for the formation of blackheads are poor nutrition and skin cleansing, poor-quality cosmetics, and bad habits. Hormonal imbalances and diseases of the digestive tract lead to their occurrence. By changing your habits, diet, and skin care, you should not give up proven quick ways to cleanse your face of blackheads. By dealing with the problem comprehensively, you can achieve good results - improve the quality of your skin and achieve a healthy lifestyle.

What are comedones

Comedones are one of the manifestations of acne.
Blackheads begin to form as a result of the accumulation of dead epidermal cells, skin secretions, dust particles and cosmetics in the skin follicles. All these elements gradually accumulate and form a dense plug, the surface of which oxidizes under the influence of oxygen and becomes black.

Blackheads are open comedones, that is, the contents have an outlet. This type of acne rarely becomes inflamed, but can significantly worsen the appearance.

Visible black dots appear mainly on the wings of the nose, on the chin, and in the cheek area closer to the nose. In some people, there are few open comedones; in others, they cover most of the face.

Mechanical facial cleansing

A method proven over the years and by millions of women to get rid of blackheads. The master first prepares the skin with a special lotion that opens the pores. Many people offer a steam bath in the old fashioned way. Next, the pores are cleaned with your hands or a special spoon, after which a soothing or anti-inflammatory mask is made. The method, no doubt, is effective, but the disadvantages of this technique are also obvious: the process is time-consuming and unpleasant (sometimes even painful). In addition, after such facial cleansing in the salon, redness and swelling may be noticeable on the skin for up to 2-3 days. Those with sensitive skin even look as if they have been bitten by a swarm of bees. Therefore, it is better to carry out mechanical cleansing on the eve of the weekend to give the skin a chance to recover. It is not recommended to do makeup after cleansing, so that the foundation does not clog open pores and reduce all efforts to zero.

Possible complications

The skin is exposed to significant impact during facial cleansing, so a reaction is inevitable:

  1. Pimples appear on the site of blackheads, which the procedure was aimed at getting rid of. This indicates that an infection has entered the microwounds.
  2. Redness accompanies almost any facial cleansing procedure. This is more likely not a complication, but a side effect. It goes away on its own after a few hours or days.
  3. Vascular spots. A sign of vascular damage during the procedure. If it is a bruise, it will go away in a few days; the burst large vessel will have to be removed in a beauty salon.
  4. Scars - appear due to improper technique for removing blackheads, for example manually, and when the contamination is located in the deep layers of the skin.
  5. Peeling - occurs due to injury to the upper layer of the epidermis and its peeling.
  6. Burns – may appear after laser or ultrasound cleaning due to sensitive skin or lack of experience of the technician.

These consequences are relatively harmless and go away on their own. It is possible to use local healing, anti-inflammatory or moisturizing agents.

Is it possible to remove blackheads at home?

Black comedones do not lead to the development of inflammatory processes on the face, so you can get rid of them at home.

You just need to remember that enlarged pores will remain that way, so from time to time they will become clogged again.

Therefore, in order to achieve complete cleanliness of the face and the absence of visible blackheads, the entire range of selected facial care measures must be performed regularly.

Of no small importance is how a person takes care of his skin every day, what detergents and cosmetics he uses.

At home, you can get rid of comedones in stages, using steaming, skin cleansing, and mechanical squeezing.

To clean the pores, you can purchase special pharmaceutical preparations and use traditional methods in a course - masks, wiping solutions.

The full course of cleansing can be completed in one day; in the future, you need to carry out daily procedures to prevent the accumulation of dirt in the follicles.

When to see a cosmetologist

The decision to cleanse your face of blackheads from a cosmetologist is made individually. Self-cleansing often leads to exacerbation of acne due to poor sanitary conditions. And the lack of tools and lack of knowledge of the correct technique for removing comedones leads to the formation of scars and wounds. Knowing this, you should contact a cosmetologist immediately as soon as the appearance of your face is no longer satisfactory, and cleansers and masks do not give the desired effect.

Common Myths

We learned about the methods used to cleanse facial skin of blackheads. Now let's move on to the myths, and here is the first of them:

Myth No. 1

“If you continuously use masks, scrubs and other products, you can gradually get rid of blackheads and acne”

This is, of course, wonderful, but they cannot be used often, as addiction occurs and the skin is injured. And the skin will also give you a response in the form of increased production of sebum (sebum). And again, “hello, blackheads and pimples.”

Even if you carefully and regularly cleanse your face of blackheads and pimples, they will reappear over time. Therefore, you must understand that the problem lies deeper, in the body itself. Dermatologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists should help you figure this out, and only then you can consolidate the result with cosmetics.

Myth No. 2

“The appearance of blackheads does not depend on nutrition”

Oh, how zealously many people argue that the appearance of comedones and pimples is associated only with hormonal imbalance. But abuse of sweets, fatty, spicy foods, overeating and unbalanced nutrition have no effect. No, they still influence!

An incorrect diet can cause problems in the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and adrenal glands. Because of this, accumulated toxins are released through the skin pores. It provokes the appearance of not only purulent acne and pimples, but also blackheads.

Myth No. 3

“Mechanical (manual) cleaning aggravates the skin condition”

Actually, no, if it is performed by an experienced cosmetologist, and not by you at home. In general, mechanical cleaning improves the appearance of the face, but does not solve the root of the problem. Therefore, again, you cannot do without the help of specialists.

Mechanical cleansing is not just squeezing out blackheads and blackheads with your nails while standing in front of a mirror. This is a process in which the hands must be sanitized and the skin properly prepared. Only a cosmetologist can handle this!

Myth No. 4

“If you don’t wear makeup, you don’t have to wash your face.”

This is also incorrect reasoning, since during the day the skin absorbs harmful substances from the city air. During the night, dirt also has time to accumulate and must be removed. How to wash yourself properly is written in detail here.

Myth #5

“Long exposure to the sun gets rid of acne and blackheads”

This is also not true, since ultraviolet radiation only enhances the process of fat formation. Of course, the disinfecting effect of ultraviolet rays is good. But an acquired tan can only mask imperfections, but not get rid of them. And at the same time it will age your skin faster.

Causes of blackheads

Blackheads are pores clogged with oil and dirt. The comedone shaft is hidden deeply, and only a point or tubercle is visible on the surface (if the comedone is closed). The color change occurs due to oxidation processes of the pore contents.

People with oily or combination skin often face this problem.

The prerequisites for the appearance of blackheads are:

  • improper diet and diet - it has been noticed that problems are aggravated due to the consumption of fatty, dairy, carbohydrate products;
  • inappropriate facial care - to ensure that sebum leaves the pores unhindered, it is necessary to carry out exfoliating procedures;
  • neglect of hygiene rules - high-quality rinsing of cosmetics is a prerequisite for a clean, well-groomed face;
  • use of comedogenic products for facial care - these are products containing talc, mineral oils, silicone;
  • problems with the gastrointestinal tract - an increased volume of toxins is excreted through the skin, since the digestive tract cannot cope with this function - in this case, you should consult a gastroenterologist;
  • alcohol abuse, smoking - metabolism deteriorates, as a result of which the pores become clogged;
  • hormonal imbalance - in adolescence, hormone instability is caused by puberty; in adulthood, the impetus for the formation of blackheads is pregnancy or menopause.

Important! Salon facial cleansing can only remove acne and comedones that have appeared, but after a while, if the causes of their occurrence are not eliminated, they will form again.

Reasons for the formation of comedones

The main reason leading to the appearance of dark spots on the face is a pathological disorder in the hormonal and nervous regulation of the glands responsible for the production of sebum.

In the absence of changes in the gland, the same amount of secretion is produced on the entire surface of the face, which is evenly distributed over the face and performs a protective function.

When the functioning of the hormonal system changes, sebum in some places of the face begins to be produced in larger quantities, so it accumulates in the pores, expands them and thereby contributes to the accumulation of other elements of the plug.

People with oily skin are most susceptible to the formation of open comedones.

There are also many provoking factors, under the influence of which blackheads form quickly and in large numbers.

The likelihood of the formation of comedones increases many times over if the human body is affected by several provoking causes at once.

The influence of most of the factors that provoke the appearance of blackheads can be eliminated independently.

Is cleansing compatible with the use of acne medications?

Drug treatment of acne is aimed at influencing the main links of pathogenesis - inflammation, colonization of propionibacteria, hyperkeratosis, increased sebum production. It helps reduce the number of comedones and tighten pores. But the first results from the use of medications, as a rule, become noticeable only after a few weeks (for example, for the drug Clindovit® this period is 6-8 weeks).

In this sense, high-quality skin cleansing gives faster and more visible results. But the results of the procedure in themselves are unstable; they can only be prolonged in combination with drug treatment. In order to safely combine external drug treatment and procedures aimed at cleansing pores, the course of therapy must be drawn up by a doctor. If a patient visits two specialists - a dermatologist and a cosmetologist, their appointments must be agreed upon.

Care after cleaning

After cleansing, special facial skin care is required. You will have to observe a number of prohibitions:

  • A two- to three-day ban on being outside. Firstly, during this period the face peels off and local redness appears. It looks unaesthetic. Secondly, wind, temperature and humidity changes do not have the best effect on the condition of the face.
  • You cannot apply decorative cosmetics for three days. The pores are still very sensitive, so they can easily become clogged.
  • A one-week ban on visiting the pool, solarium, sauna, bathhouse, and beach. The tan after cleansing lies unevenly, and exposure to high temperatures adversely affects the healing process and accelerates the production of sebum. For the same reason, you should not wash your face with hot water.
  • It is forbidden to use scrubs for a week, as the skin is injured and needs time to recover.
  • Do not use tap water or soap to wash your face. Soap dries out the skin, and tap water is saturated with chlorine and impurities that are absorbed and cause irritation.

In the first hours, no care is taken: everything that is needed has already been done in the salon. Then, to restore the skin, it is recommended:

  • use decoctions of medicinal herbs with an antiseptic effect (chamomile, St. John's wort, celandine, plantain) for rinsing the face;
  • wipe your face with alcohol-free lotion (only local damage can be burned with alcohol);
  • wash your face with mineral or melt water acidified with lemon juice;
  • Make soothing masks suitable for your type 1-2 times a week;
  • moisturize it with creams to remove peeling;
  • apply gel with aloe extract to damaged areas;
  • twice a day, lubricate new pimples (if they appear) with Metrogyl gel
  • Use sunscreen to avoid the appearance of age spots.

Methods for eliminating blackheads

Eliminating black clogged pores on the face needs to be approached comprehensively.

If you do not associate their formation with insufficient care or hormonal imbalance in the body, then it is advisable to consult a dermatologist.

After the examination, the doctor will prescribe tests and instrumental examination methods to assess the functioning of all internal organs.

It is possible that in order to completely stop the formation of comedones, you will need to undergo a course of medicinal, specially selected treatment.

At home, you can achieve ideal skin condition using an integrated approach to solving the problem that has arisen, which should include facial cleansing procedures.

To remove blackheads, it is especially necessary to carry out steam baths, mechanically squeeze out plugs, use masks and pharmaceuticals, and lighten the skin.

If you are prone to the formation of comedones, you should devote sufficient time to deep cleansing your face at least once a week.

Steam facial cleansing

Steam cleaning or steaming is the first procedure that is performed after removing makeup and washing.

Steam baths or hot wet compresses lead to the expansion of the pores, after which most of the comedones come out easily with mechanical squeezing.

Steam baths are quite easy to make. It is necessary to take two or three tablespoons of chamomile, St. John's wort, sage or nettle per liter or two of water and boil.

Then you need to sit comfortably over the saucepan, tilt your head and cover yourself with a towel.

The procedure lasts from 5 to 15 minutes, after its completion the face is simply dried with a soft towel. If desired, add essential oils of lemon, tea tree, and mint to the hot water.

A hot compress is the application of a soft, thick cloth soaked in hot water to the desired area of the face. Herbal decoctions or plain water can also be used as a solution.

Steaming is not carried out if there are foci of inflammation or dilated capillaries on the face.

Squeezing out correctly

Mechanical removal of comedones should be carried out only after steaming, so there is a greater likelihood that all the plugs will come out and there will be no damage left on the face.

After removing the dots, you should not use cosmetics. It is recommended to only use those products that will narrow the pores.

Cleansing strips

Cleansing strips or patches can be purchased at pharmacies. They are usually intended to cleanse the skin of the nose.

The patch is glued to the wings and back of the nose for the time prescribed according to the instructions, after which it is removed - all the black dots should remain on its surface.

You can also make your own cleaning strips. Dry gelatin is diluted with warm milk and placed in the microwave for 10 minutes to swell.

The prepared mixture is applied in a dense layer to the desired areas of the face. You can remove the film after it has completely hardened.

Facial skin lightening

Not all blackheads can be removed, so you can make them invisible in another way - using compounds with a property that lightens the surface of the plugs.

Tightening procedures

Tightening pores is the final procedure when removing blackheads. Its goal is to achieve narrowing of the pores, in which the penetration of microparticles inside will be difficult and, therefore, the process of formation of blackheads will slow down.

All homemade solutions that have a tightening effect are best used daily after washing your face in the morning and before applying cosmetics.

Ways to get rid of comedones

How can you cleanse your facial skin of annoying blackheads? Let's talk about the methods that most girls use. Let's find out how effective it is and find out whether it's worth trying. So, let's begin:

Extrusion

How sometimes hands reach out to squeeze out another dot on the face. But at this moment, the neighboring pores are deeply pressed together with bacteria and dust. And now instead of dots there are purulent pimples.

By squeezing pimples and spots, you can cause an infection, and its entry into the bloodstream can result in infection. In addition, scars and cicatrices are formed that are difficult to hide. Stop squeezing!

Masks

Masks will help most effectively cleanse the skin of comedones. And even more effective are those prepared at home. Here you will find an effective mask recipe and some more useful tips for getting rid of blackheads. And here is another recipe)

Adhesive strips

Judging by the reviews, they are also effective. They quickly pull out plugs from clogged pores. But it is important to close the pores after cleansing with special masks or wipe your face with a piece of ice.

Scrubs

Scrubs are also good at cleaning clogged pores, but it is important not to overuse them. Once a week is enough, since this is the roughest type of cleansing. And not all scrubs are capable of removing blackheads. And using them on sensitive skin is not recommended at all, as you can spread the infection all over your face.

Lotions and tonics

Quite effective means. Suitable for daily use and exfoliates dead skin cells well. They remove shine from oily skin, tighten pores and smooth out the surface of the face.

Professional cleaning

How can you cleanse your facial skin of blackheads using salon procedures? There are several ways:

  • mechanical cleaning is a process consisting of sequential actions: professional cleansing, steaming, cleansing mask, deep cleaning manually using tools, washing, completing the procedure. Not very pleasant, but effective procedure
  • Ultrasonic cleaning is the principle by which the surface layer of the skin is cleansed, removing sebaceous plugs. The skin becomes elastic and firm, and the pores become smaller
  • Brushing is a superficial cleansing of the face using a device with brush attachments. A pleasant procedure, but short-lived
  • Vacuum cleansing is the process of sucking out dirt and excess fat with a vacuum tube. Suitable for those with very problematic skin
  • disincrustation - the effect of electric current on the skin with the penetration of a solution to clean it. An effective and safe procedure, but many contraindications
  • chemical peeling is the most gentle, but less effective procedure. Peeling is not able to deeply cleanse pores and only solves the external problem.

Why do you need peeling to fight blackheads?

Acid peels provide deep cleansing of pores from comedones thanks to:

  • Acids effectively remove accumulated horny scales from the surface of the skin and inside the sebaceous hair follicle. To do this, you need to choose peeling with fat-soluble acids.
  • Acids dissolve sebaceous plugs (blackheads) and cleanse stretched pores.

The right exfoliation increases the effectiveness of home care in keeping pores clean, which prevents them from stretching and looking gaping.

What does modern medicine offer?

Many effective remedies for combating emerging blackheads can be found in pharmacies. Most often they are purchased for teenagers, since it is in them that the appearance of blackheads is most likely and causes a lot of complexes.

Creams, gels, lotions need to be selected taking into account the skin type, the main defects on the face, and the tolerance of the product.

It is advisable to purchase hypoallergenic formulations, since during adolescence the skin is highly sensitive. After performing the procedure, using facial photorejuvenation, you can remove the keratinized cellular layer of the epidermis.

Cosmetic clay gives good results in the fight against blackheads. Applying a mixture of clay and water ensures that accumulated plugs are pushed out of the pores and narrows them.

Clay is often included in homemade multi-component masks used to eliminate many skin blemishes.

When choosing pharmaceutical products for blackheads, be sure to carefully study the instructions. Some ointments and other cosmetics may be contraindicated for a number of diseases.

"Blackheads are normal." What you need to know about facial cleansing

Facial cleansing is one of the most popular procedures in Russian beauty salons, but questions about it are not decreasing. Can brushing be addictive? What type of cleaning should I choose and is it even necessary? Is it possible to cleanse comedones and acne? We asked these and other questions to three doctors.

What is “facial cleansing” in general and what types of it are there?

Natalya Grigorievna Zakhdi, dermatovenerologist, cosmetologist, chief physician of IFEELSPA Medical Club: “Scientifically speaking, this is the evacuation of the contents of the sebaceous glands. Cleaning can be manual, machine or chemical. Almost everyone is familiar with manual (or mechanical) - the contents of the sebaceous glands are removed by a cosmetologist-esthetician with his hands and special spatulas. Hardware cleaning is done using ultrasound or vacuum. Dry cleaning - using products that dissolve skin secretions. But don’t confuse it with acid peeling!”

I have oily skin and acne. Can I do cleaning?

Natalya Zahdi: “It’s not just possible, but necessary. If comedones are not removed in time, they will become inflamed, turning into a papule or abscess. Therefore, manual cleaning is recommended for problem skin.”

Maria Bondareva, dermatologist, cosmetologist at the Moscow Remedy Lab clinic: “Neither peeling nor ultrasound can remove open and closed comedones. For acne, manual cleaning can even be done several times in a row and quite often - a couple of times a month.”

Is it true that mechanical cleansing severely injures the skin, while the effect lasts for a maximum of a week?

Natalia Zahdi: “Of course, this is a kind of trauma, but for some patients cleaning is a necessary measure. Just as I sent people for manual cleaning 20 years ago, I still do now. Only the method of preparing the skin has changed. If they used to do steaming, now the methods are more modern. If the skin is prepared correctly, the doctor works carefully and always performs procedures that close the pores; trauma is minimized.”

Maria Bondareva: “To prepare the skin, first the cosmetologist applies products that help loosen the epidermis and remove dead skin particles. Then the skin is treated with a thermal mask with camphor and isopropyl alcohol - this is necessary to soften comedones, in addition, it has an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect. Then the doctor removes the comedones using sterile gloves. If the comedone is mature and closed, the doctor moves the cap and removes it using a disposable syringe needle. Only those comedones that are amenable to mechanical action can be removed (if they are not ripe at the time of cleaning, you need to come back for cleaning again in 2-3 weeks).

The skin has very good regenerating ability. And with proper home care, the effect will last longer. It is necessary to do deep cleansing, use masks with acids and products to narrow pores, and light peelings. The better you cleanse your skin at home, the longer your pores will stay clear.”

Evgenia Rogozhnikova, cosmetologist and esthetician at the Nikolskaya Club salon: “The task of a cosmetologist is not to pull out all the dirt that is there from the pores, but to help solve the problem. Perhaps in several stages or even locally, not on the entire face.”

Ali Marel

What is better, dry cleaning or mechanical cleaning?

During dry cleaning, the contents of the pores are dissolved using chemicals - as the name implies. There will be no mechanical injuries from it, but it will also be less effective. Natalya Zahdi: “It is better to use it as preparation for manual cleaning, and not as an independent procedure. Dry cleaning has a contraindication - very sensitive skin.”

Will ultrasound replace manual cleaning?

Many doctors are of the opinion that ultrasound acts very superficially and cannot replace manual cleaning. It is used rather as an addition to manual cleaning in order to achieve greater effect.

Evgenia Rogozhnikova: “Ultrasound definitely shouldn’t be done for inflammation, it doesn’t make sense. But for people with sensitive skin and hyperkeratosis (too rapid division of skin cells, which causes excessive thickening of the stratum corneum), ultrasonic cleaning is indicated.”

Can I do cleaning in the summer?

Maria Bondareva: “In the summer it is better to do more gentle cleanings - ultrasound, for example, to completely eliminate the risk of pigmentation during the period of active sun.”

Is brushing addictive?

Maria Bondareva: “Yes and no. In essence, dark spots on the skin are normal. Imagine that you inserted a pipe into the ground and poured liquid into it. The top part that comes into contact with the air will become darker. It's the same with pores. If you remove fat from the ducts, it will still appear there, we are living people. Another thing is that if you clean very often, but do not use the right care, your pores will start to get dirty faster. But if you alternate cleansing with the correct seasonal care, selected by a cosmetologist, there will be no addiction.”

What if I want to cleanse and then go straight to work?

If redness bothers you, it is better not to plan manual cleaning on the morning of the working day. If this is not possible, choose Hydra Facial vacuum cleaning, it is now done in many salons. The skin is treated using several attachments with simultaneous supply of serum. First comes exfoliation, then vacuum cleansing, then moisturizing. The procedure tightens, intensively moisturizes, and cleanses the skin. She has no contraindications or restrictions based on the time of year.

Bruce Mars

Is it possible not to clean at all?

Evgenia Rogozhnikova: “Girls often come to me who want to start cleaning because their friends advised them or they just decided so themselves. But I look at their skin, I see small pores and no inflammation. Some of them can do without cleaning at all. But some people just need to physically feel that their pores have been picked, while others, on the contrary, want to spend a minimum of time and money in a cosmetologist’s office.”

Maria Bondareva: “If you have normal skin, then you can really only get by with high-quality home care: masks, peels, exfoliants and serums.”

Pumpkin peeling DermaQuest

The main pumpkin peeling performs the function of atraumatic cleaning, dissolves sebaceous plugs and cleanses pores, making them narrow. Indicated for thicker, non-sensitive skin, without broken barriers and without a tendency to redness and irritation.

Composition of DermaQuest Pumpkin Peeling

The basis of the peeling is pumpkin pulp, enriched with various active ingredients.

  • Pumpkin pulp 40% is a source of natural AHAs, Vitamin A, enzymes, pyrogens and antioxidants. Keratolytic and steaming effect, lymphatic drainage and improvement of microcirculation.
  • Salicylic acid 2% - dissolves comedones, antiseptic, reduces sebum production.
  • Lactobacilli and pumpkin enzymes 3% - enzymes loosen the stratum corneum and break down both sebum on the surface of the skin and the comedones themselves. Lactobacilli process the substrate into lactic acid - cleansing and restoring the natural moisturizing factor.
  • Sweet Orange stem cells – skin rejuvenation, firming and smoothing. Activates the synthesis of type IV collagen.
  • Vitamin E – antioxidant effect.
  • Lactic acid 3% – moisturizes, has a mild keratolytic effect, restores the barrier function of the skin.
  • Glycolic acid 3% - in this percentage works for hydration, as an antiseptic and a light keratolytic.

Why is pumpkin peeling so effective at dissolving even the densest and largest blackheads?

How does DermaQuest Pumpkin Peel work?

  • Steaming effect - activates blood circulation, helps to expand pores and soften the contents;
  • Dissolves blackheads - a special composition of acids and enzymes penetrates the pores and dissolves sebaceous plugs and keratinized scales;
  • Loosens and delicately exfoliates dead skin scales from the surface of the skin;
  • The composition includes natural vitamin A from pumpkin pulp - regulates the functioning of the sebaceous glands, slows down the formation of new blockages;

Thus, pumpkin peeling is not only an atraumatic cleansing of the skin, but also the prevention of subsequent contamination and filling of pores.

Will the procedures help?

Problem skin certainly requires care. Which mask is right for a particular person can only be found out by trying them and evaluating the result. The fight against blackheads requires daily skin care and facial hygiene. If you can’t cope on your own, then it’s better to seek help from a professional cosmetologist who can not only perform the facial cleansing procedure, but also give important advice on caring for it, according to the individual characteristics of the skin.

Under no circumstances should the situation be neglected; the more problems with the skin and the more blackheads, the longer the path to the ideal result will be.

Clean face with inexpensive and natural products:

Using a loop

If, in addition to tweezers, you have a tool with a loop at the end, you can use this combination to pull out blackheads even in hard-to-reach places:

  1. Place a loop behind the pore, as if wrapping it around it.
  2. Next, you need to gradually press the loop onto the skin so that the black dot protrudes from its bed and begins to rise above the surface.
  3. Grab the point with tweezers, but continue to press with the loop until you feel freedom under the black point.
  4. After this, you need to completely remove the blackhead using tweezers.
  5. Disinfect the instruments with the solution and repeat the procedure at another point.

IMPORTANT! The pressure should be gentle and gradual so as not to damage small vessels.
